How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues?  Airpods challenge everyday life. To listen to music, Airpods are used and some people can't perform specific tasks like working out, doing homework, or simply chilling at home without music or sound. In public settings like public transportation, malls, etc, Airpods are used to stop disturbing others and listening to only what they are tuning in to. With newer advancements, all social groups are using Airpods. Now, there are clubs that meet with groups of people and listen to sounds. This is therapeutic for people. Gym groups use airpods constantly to listen to music to push for the best workout. They blast music that gets them pumped and make them more energized. Some issues would be during school hours, that airpods are distracting.  nND how would it be distributed as a  2. This video is Kazmin and the girls first production film. Beginning to end, filming this commercial was so much fun. From the facetimes planning our video to adding in Kazmin's British accent, we wouldn't change our process for a thing. Looking back at the whole process of the execution leading to this moment, we will definitely improve on upcoming projects, one being simplicity. lol. Nonetheless, for our first video, we smashed it. Hopefully, as the year goes by, Kazmin and the girls will make even greater films.  ,

Hey blog. For the last step of the production, editing, everyone in the group had different tasks. I am on sound duty. Sound is incredibly important for any film. Since the product is AirPods which are basically apple earbuds for listening to sound, it's extremely important for editing. The song Kazmin chose to add for when he inserts the Airpods in his ears was upbeat. He chose this because the theme of the commercial is an 80's exercise video. So after Savannah cut all the clips to the correct time, it was my turn. Firstly, I took all the clips and put them on the editing app the group is using, IMovie. I chose to use that one cause it's free on Imacs and it's easy to use. After all the clips were in, I muted all the clips except for the one Kazmin is singing in. Then I add all the extra sounds. I added the airpods connecting sound, the case opening, and closing, and all the sound effects of Kazmin entering and leaving his fantasy world. I used Youtube to execute this

What's upppp. So Kazmin and the girls filmed the whole commercial on Saturday, October 8th, 2022. I will explain the process and what I did. Firstly, all the group members met in my community and went to the gym. Jenna, Kazmin, and I were all wearing athletic clothing and I brought a colorful shirt to change into when the commercial is in Kazmin's dance world. Savannah and Kazmin both brought two pairs of AirPods and their phones to turn the music on and off and film the commercial. At my community clubhouse, where the gym is located, the group practiced the dance scene and choreographed it near the pool. Although Jenna and Kazmin are a lot more coordinated than I am, I got the dance down. It was my idea to practice outside of the gym first so the scene would be swiftly executed. Then when the group was ready, the filming began. Savanah filmed the whole commercial and Kazmin, Jenna, and I was the people in the commercial. What's up. Welcome back to the blog. For the first production blog, my group was unable to film. Due to weather conditions and other individual problems, the group couldn't get together and execute the idea. The weekday was not convenient for anyone in the group. The filming days were only on school days so because of everyone's busy schedule, the group could not film. After school, Kazmin and I have sports. My practice ends at 4:30 but I get home around 5:00-5:15. Kazmin's practice ends at 7:00 but he gets home at 7:30. The filming location is in my community in Hollywood. This is because my neighborhood has a gym. All of the other group mates live in Fort Lauderdale. After Kaz and I sport practices, it was too late to film. Florida was getting a close hurricane which brought lots of rain to us. The pouring rain was falling down on us and there was a  lot of traffic. This further delayed the plans.   First scene: Kazmin, Sofia, Jenna, and maybe Savannah will all walk into the gym. This shot will be a medium close-up for Kazmin and the girls will be a little further back, making it a medium shot for them. There will be no music in this shot only the natural sound effects like shoe noises, door opening noise, etc.   Second scene: Kazmin opens the Airpod pro case from his pocket and puts the AirPods in his ears. This shot will be taken at a medium shot displaying his side profile. This is when the music starts which demonstrates Kazmin falling into a dream of music from the AirPods. We will use this by Fading into his head with a black screen to show the audience that the next scenes will all be in his head. The sound effect of the case opening and the AirPods connecting will all be included. The music will be the same vibe as the commercial, fun and upbeat.  Props:  AirPods because that is our product. iPhone will probably appear in our commercial for music, specifically the iPhone 14 pro. The athletic equipment includes weights, machines, mats, towels, etc.  Costumes:  Our commercial will consist of athletic wear. For the bottoms yoga pants, shorts, & sweatpants. For tops, athletic tank tops lighted and fitted t-shirts. For accessories headbands and sweatbands. For shoes, sneakers and athletic shoes like Nike. The girls would have their hair up in a ponytail or some updo.  Schedule:  On 9/27/22 our group researched other airpod commercials and identified the codes and conventions.  On 10/3/22 our group planned the props, costumes, schedule, and location for our commercial.  On 10/3/22 our group planned and drew out our storyboard for the 30-second commercial On 10/8/22 our group filmed and produced the commercial using CAMS and CLAMPs. On 10/13 our group edited and added the finishing touches to our commercial to get it ready to subm
