Production Blog 1

What's up. Welcome back to the blog. For the first production blog, my group was unable to film. Due to weather conditions and other individual problems, the group couldn't get together and execute the idea. The weekday was not convenient for anyone in the group. The filming days were only on school days so because of everyone's busy schedule, the group could not film. After school, Kazmin and I have sports. My practice ends at 4:30 but I get home around 5:00-5:15. Kazmin's practice ends at 7:00 but he gets home at 7:30. The filming location is in my community in Hollywood. This is because my neighborhood has a gym. All of the other group mates live in Fort Lauderdale. After Kaz and I sport practices, it was too late to film. Florida was getting a close hurricane which brought lots of rain to us. The pouring rain was falling down on us and there was a  lot of traffic. This further delayed the plans. In place of getting physically together, the group facetimed and planned out the next meetup date. The group planned to meet on Saturday at the same location. I hoped to get all the filming done on Saturday. Overall, there was no filming on Wednesday due to everyone unable to meet.

 Hey everyone!!! Here again and ready to talk about my group. So I’m sad to announce that Kazmin and the girls, my old group, is disbanded. I have Jenna and Kazmin in my class so part of the group could be reunited but fortunately we have two new members!! My dear friends Carleigh and Natalia are the new additions to the group. So now it will be all girls which means more girl power. A little bit about them is that they are both great friends. Carleigh is a tennis queen that is always by your side for anything. She’s so pretty and looks like a model because of her unique hair. It’s a strawberry blonde and her queen eyes compliment it very nicely. Her work ethic is very strong as she always has straight As. Natalia is also very helpful and maintains good grades. She is a little on the sassy side but she will make sure we get all out work done efficiently and quickly. What's upppp. So Kazmin and the girls filmed the whole commercial on Saturday, October 8th, 2022. I will explain the process and what I did. Firstly, all the group members met in my community and went to the gym. Jenna, Kazmin, and I were all wearing athletic clothing and I brought a colorful shirt to change into when the commercial is in Kazmin's dance world. Savannah and Kazmin both brought two pairs of AirPods and their phones to turn the music on and off and film the commercial. At my community clubhouse, where the gym is located, the group practiced the dance scene and choreographed it near the pool. Although Jenna and Kazmin are a lot more coordinated than I am, I got the dance down. It was my idea to practice outside of the gym first so the scene would be swiftly executed.
